This trailrunning-event is already well anchored in the international race calendar and an attractive challenge for endurance athletes. Four courses of varying distance and difficulty: «Active», «Mountain», «Sky» and «Extreme» and difference in altitude of up to 3,600 m, which is the equivalent of 90 kilometres. In addition there is also a «Vertical» race (Vertical Zermatt Sunnegga). This allows each runner to find the run that suits him. There is also a race for the children.

No-one knows Zermatt better than Franz-Josef Imboden. The concierge of several Zermatt hotels over many years, he will impart his knowledge to you on a guided village tour of Zermatt. You will see Zermatt with new eyes. At the end of the village tour, there will be a small culinary surprise waiting for you.

On Friday, the Kitchen Party in the Mont Cervin Palace and the Grand Hotel Zermatterhof will feature more top chefs than anywhere else in Switzerland, with a total of 242 Gault-Millau points between them. Working at 17 stations, they will prepare seasonal and local delicacies right in front of your eyes, with dishes accompanied by fine Valais wines. The “Kitchen Party” in the Mont Cervin Palace is the perfect way to see out the evening.
